Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data may be processed by Doksanbir Reklam Prodüksiyon Yazılım Yayıncılık ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi (91 Ajans), acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

Purposes of processing personal data

Identity, contact and enquiry information shared through contact and project forms is processed to respond to enquiries, plan services, manage customer relationships, fulfil legal obligations and maintain information security.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing and its purpose, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction when the legal conditions are met, request notification to third parties receiving the data, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
